‘I first had Logan Bread in the 60’s as a boy in Alaska.  My Mother got the recipe from a mountaineer who relied on its nutrition during his expeditions. Today we are still using the same healthy ingredients including; fruits, nuts, whole grains, molasses and honey.  Named after Mount Logan in the Canadian Yukon, this is some field tested, hearty stuff.  Phil’s Good Food will use a portion of its proceeds to feed the hungry by giving Phil’s Logan Bread. Our mission is to provide a healthy, nutritious alternative to the over processed foods, which often find their way into hungry hands.
